Heat-Reflective Glass Facades

The buildings are fitted with high-performance glass windows that block the sun’s heat, helping reduce air-conditioning energy usage and maintain a comfortable indoor temperature throughout the day.

Green Buildings with LEED-ND and WELL Platinum Standards

Each building in the project adheres to internationally recognised green building standards. They are designed in alignment with LEED-ND (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design – Neighbourhood Development) and are working towards attaining WELL Platinum certification, focusing on energy conservation, environmental impact, and occupant health and wellbeing.

Contemporary Architecture by World-Renowned Firms

The entire project was designed by the acclaimed architectural firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP (SOM), in collaboration with Thai architects from Plan Associates and A49. Inspired by the sails of traditional Chinese junks that once sailed the Chao Phraya River, Tower 3 features a flowing, sail-like form that captures the essence of movement and history. The top of the building includes a shaded outdoor terrace surrounded by greenery, offering a relaxing space to unwind with panoramic views of the city.

    2. One Bangkok Tower 4

Tower 4, located at the prominent corner of Rama IV and Wireless Roads, draws inspiration from traditional Thai architecture harmonised with global contemporary design. Its carefully designed balconies add depth and character to the structure, showcasing a graceful and refined facade.

    3. One Bangkok Tower 5

Positioned along Wireless Road, Tower 5 takes its design concept from Thailand’s first telegraph radio station. Its exterior lines mimic the movement of radio waves, creating a distinctive identity. Inside, its staircase layout is designed for functional efficiency and intuitive movement throughout the building.
