One Bangkok, the largest holistically integrated district in the heart of Bangkok, developed by TCC Assets (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and Frasers Property Holdings (Thailand) Co., Ltd. proudly returns to Sustainability Expo 2025 (SX2025), ASEAN’s premier sustainability exposition, for the sixth consecutive year at the Queen Sirikit National Convention. As the undisputed Heart of Bangkok, One Bangkok is dedicated to creating enduring value for its people and the wider community. This year, One Bangkok showcases a dynamic blueprint for urban flourishing, demonstrating how people-centric design and community programming cultivate a truly thriving metropolis.

Aligned with Frasers Property’s Social Value Strategy pillars - Inclusive Community, Holistic Well-being and Enabling Opportunity, One Bangkok will spotlight pioneering initiatives showing how community-focussed urban design and innovative engagement shape a sustainable, vibrant future for Bangkok. Recognising the vital role of ‘third spaces’—public areas beyond home and work that foster interaction, community belonging, and well-being—One Bangkok is committed to strengthening the city’s social fabric.

“Sustainability Expo 2025 is a crucial platform where vision meets action for a truly sustainable future,” stated Worawat Srisa-an, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of One Bangkok. “After nearly a year since our official opening, One Bangkok has already demonstrated tangible outcomes of our commitment to urban flourishing. We see our thoughtfully designed 'third space' actively fostering community connections, our various community programs measurably enhancing well-being, and our cultural initiatives enriching daily life for thousands. Our ambition extends far beyond constructing a landmark project; it's about delivering on the promise of creating a thriving ecosystem that delivers profound and lasting value for every individual and community we touch. This past year has only solidified our resolve to be the true, vibrant Heart of Bangkok”

One Bangkok will proudly showcase four pillars of Urban Flourishing at SX2025:

A.    Wellness for People and Workplaces: Cultivating a Thriving Environment

One Bangkok redefines the urban workplace, fostering high-quality environments designed to enhance focus, spark creativity, and prioritise holistic well-being for office workers. Bespoke workplace wellness programs including yoga, running clubs, and HIIT (high-intensity interval training) actively promote healthier lifestyles, significantly reduce stress, and cultivate a productive, balanced, and engaged community.

B.    Empowering Youth: The One Bangkok Football Camp

Since 2019, One Bangkok has partnered with the ThaiBev Football Academy to host the transformative One Bangkok Football Camp. This impactful initiative engages six neighbouring communities around One Bangkok, providing invaluable support for youth development through fitness, fostering teamwork, and building vital social connections. To date, hundreds of young individuals in the community have benefited, with several progressing to regional youth leagues, gaining admission to top universities, and enjoying an improved quality of life.

C.    An Inspiring Urban Canvas: Celebrating Art, Heritage, and Community Connection

One Bangkok seamlessly integrates art and culture into daily life through the Art Loop, a 2-kilometre public art promenade showcasing local and international masterpieces alongside dynamic cultural programs, enhancing quality of life, enriching the urban experience and fostering community engagement.

  • Public Art Collection: Expansive world-class art collection featuring free-access sculptures, vibrant murals, cutting-edge digital art, and thoughtfully designed public furniture.

  • The Wireless House One Bangkok: A meticulous restoration of Thailand’s first radio telegraph station, preserving crucial national history. Beyond its preservation, The Wireless House now serves as a dynamic cultural exhibition space and educational centre, attracting almost 100,000 visitors since its opening, connecting new generations with Bangkok's rich past.

D.    Green Lungs of the City: Expansive Open Spaces for Resilience and Recreation

More than half of the project is dedicated to green and open areas, surrounded by trees, flowers, and relaxing corners throughout the district. These spaces invite people to stroll and breathe fresh air, support creative activities and exercise and also serve as public shelters in times of emergency.
