Terms and Conditions : ONE BANGKOK: TURNS ONE – THE FIRST OF MANY CELEBRATIONS

• This privilege is exclusively for ONE BANGKOK members who make purchases or use services at participating stores within ONE BANGKOK RETAIL. Every THB 2,500 per receipt (net amount after discounts and inclusive of VAT) or redemption of 5 points entitles the member to 1 chance in the lucky draw.
• Spending of every THB 2,500 per receipt is limited to a maximum of 200 lucky draw entries per member per day.
• ONE BANGKOK members must present the original receipt to redeem lucky draw rights at the Concierge Counter at G Floor, 1st Floor, 3rd Floor (Parade Zone), and G Floor (The Storeys Zone) from 10:00–22:00 hrs. (Redemption closes at 22:00 hrs. on 4 January 2026).
• Redemption of lucky draw rights using points can only be made via the ONE BANGKOK RETAIL or ONE BANGKOK application.
• Point redemption for lucky draw rights must be made via the ONE BANGKOK RETAIL or ONE BANGKOK application only.
• Redemption of lucky draw rights must be completed through the ONE BANGKOK RETAIL or ONE BANGKOK application only.
• Lucky draw rights are valid only for receipts issued by participating stores. Receipts must specify One Bangkok as the branch and be issued on the same date as the redemption.
• Non-eligible receipts include: cash bills, handwritten receipts, temporary receipts, deposit or reservation receipts, credit card slips, debit card slips, money transfer slips in all cases, copied receipts, photographed receipts, or receipts already stamped as recorded in the system.
• Promotion period: 1 October 2025 – 4 January 2026.
• One Bangkok Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) reserves the right to allow participation only to One Bangkok Retail members. Registration must be completed via the One Bangkok Retail application with accurate and truthful information, including but not limited to full name, telephone number, and email address. Any false or misleading information (e.g., non-existent email or unauthorized use of another person’s email) may result in cancellation of registration and lucky draw rights without prior notice.
• Participants consent to the Company collecting, using, disclosing, and processing personal data in accordance with the law and for the purposes of the One Bangkok project, including sharing data with affiliated companies and related parties. The privacy policy can be viewed at www.onebangkok.com
• The Company and the One Bangkok project reserve the right to use winners’ names, images, audio, and other details for publicity, advertising, business, or other purposes as deemed appropriate.
• Each participant may use one mobile phone number per person to join the lucky draw. If duplicate member names are found across multiple accounts, the Company reserves the right to cancel participation with prior notice.
• The Company reserves the right to amend or change any terms, conditions, or mechanics of the “ONE BANGKOK: TURNS ONE – THE FIRST OF MANY CELEBRATIONS” promotion without prior notice. In case of system errors or disputes, the Company’s decision shall be final.
• Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of all related terms and conditions.
• Images of prizes used in advertising materials are for illustrative purposes only.
• Employees of Frasers Property Management Services (Thailand) Co., Ltd., One Bangkok Co., Ltd., tenant staff within One Bangkok, advertising agencies, parties involved in the draw, and their families are not eligible to participate. The Company reserves the right to reclaim any benefits already granted.

Prize Redemption Terms

• Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
• The Company is not responsible for any expenses incurred from prize redemption, including vehicle registration, insurance, or travel expenses.
• If a winner receives multiple prizes in the same campaign, they will be entitled to only the highest-value prize. Remaining prizes will be re-drawn. Winners will be announced on 26 January 2026 via www.onebangkok.com and the ONE BANGKOK RETAIL or ONE BANGKOK application.
• Winners of prizes valued at THB 1,000 or more must pay 5% withholding tax and all related fees in accordance with Revenue Department regulations.
• Prizes are non-transferable.
• Winners must collect prizes in person. The Company does not provide delivery services. Failure to collect prizes within the specified period or within 30 days from the announcement date will result in forfeiture, and prizes will be re-drawn.
• Winners must present a valid Thai ID card or passport (for foreigners). Minors under 15 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Foreign winners unable to redeem certain prizes will automatically forfeit those prizes.
• The Company’s decisions are final.
• Any fraudulent actions will result in disqualification and potential legal claims for damages.
• The Company reserves the right to change prizes, terms, or conditions without prior notice.
