For New Members

    Step 1

• Download the One Bangkok App
• Tap “Get Started” and select “Create New Account”

    Step 2

• Choose your registration method: email, phone number, Apple, Facebook, or LINE
• Fill in your personal details to complete the registration

For Existing Members from the One Bangkok Retail App

    Step 1

• Download the One Bangkok App
• Tap “Get Started” and select “Sign In”

    Step 2

• Log in using the email, phone number, Apple, Facebook, or LINE account previously used in the Retail App

    Step 3

• Tap “Merge Accounts” to connect your Retail account with the One Bangkok App

Special for One Bangkok members: Redeem your points for event access through the One Bangkok app from 17 December at 14.00 hrs. until 30 December.

Point Redemption Zones

1. Standing Zone: Redeem 1 point (limited to 1 entitlement per member) (4,000 entitlements available)

2. Front Stage Standing Zone: Redeem 100 points (limited to 5 entitlements per member) (300 entitlements available)

3. VIP Zone: Redeem 300 points (limited to 2 entitlements per member) (only 10 entitlements available)

For Traveller

1. Standing Zone: Spend min of 500 bath/receipt. Limit 1 privilege/member.

2. Front Stage Standing Zone: Spend min of 50,000 bath/day (up to 5 receipts may be combined). Limit 5 privileges/member.

3. VIP Zone: Spend min of 100,000 bath/day (up to 5 receipts may be combined). Limit 2 privileges/member. 

Receipts must be dated on the same day of purchase. Present the original receipt and register at the Tourist Counter, 4th Floor, Parade Zone. The participant’s name must match the registered membership name.

Terms & Conditions:

• Standing Zone: Redeem with 1 point, limited to 1 privilege per member (4,000 privileges available).
• Front Stage Standing Zone: Redeem with 100 points, limited to 5 privileges per member (300 privileges available).
• VIP Seating Zone: Redeem with 300 points, limited to 2 privileges per member (10 privileges available).
• On the event day, December 31, 2025:Those with a QR code must show the captured QR code image along with their original ID card, which must match the registered name in the One Bangkok application, in order to enter the event.

How to Redeem Privileges for One Bangkok Members via the One Bangkok App:

1. Download the One Bangkok app on iOS or Android and register as a member.

2. Go to the Rewards menu in the app to redeem your privilege.

3. Once redeemed, your QR code will be stored in the My Rewards section. Present this QR code to receive your wristband on the designated date and time.

For Traveller

• Present the original receipt and register at tourist counter 4th floor, Parade zone. From 17-30 December 2025 or until privileges run out. (Receipt must be dated on the  same day of purchase and redemption date)
