Mr. Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi (4th left), Group Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Property Limited, a joint developer of One Bangkok, a fully-integrated district and the largest private sector property development in Thailand’s history, and Mr. Nithi Patarachoke (4th right), President, Cement-Building Materials Business, SCG signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for sustainable construction management according to circular economy principles to be implemented for the first time in Thailand at One Bangkok.

The partnership aims to set new standards of sustainability in construction by recycling concrete waste from pile cuttings into precast panels, and the development of a holistic waste and pollution management plan.
