Member Privileges

Exclusive privileges for One Bangkok members (AMBASSADOR, INFLUENCER, INSIDER). Shop and dine to receive rewards with a total value of up to THB 6 million*.

1. Shop at participating stores in the Shopping category to redeem rewards with a total value of up to THB 12,600*.

2. Dine at participating restaurants in Food & Beverage category with a minimum spend of THB 500 / receipt to earn 1 stamp and redeem rewards with a total value of up to THB 3,010*. 

Terms & Conditions:

• Exclusive privileges for One Bangkok members only (excluding Traveller members).
• Redemptions must be made via the One Bangkok Application.
• Redemption period: 1 May 2026 – 31 May 2026.
• Dining rewards are limited to 1 reward / member / tier (stamps), and a maximum of 6 rewards / member.
• Rally Dining: Limited to 20 stamps / day and 1 stamp collection cycle / member.
• E-vouchers are valid until 31 August 2026.
• Only same-day receipts are eligible for redemption.
• Redemptions can be made at Concierge Counters on B1, G, 1, and 3 (Parade Zone), and G Floor (The Storeys Zone), from 10.00 – 22.00 hrs.
• Please present the original receipt along with the application screen to redeem rewards.
• Valid only for receipts from participating stores at One Bangkok.
• The following receipts are not eligible: receipts without receipt numbers, tax invoices/e-receipts, copied receipts, split receipts from a single purchase, purchases of gift vouchers or prepaid cards, online purchases, receipts partially or fully paid with Credit Note / Account Credit / Payment on Credit / Store Credit, advance payments, receipts involving product exchanges or returns (full or partial), and reservation receipts.
• Once a redemption is confirmed, any unused cash coupons, discounts, or free items will not be compensated under any circumstances.
• Store staff and/or representatives of stores within One Bangkok are not eligible to participate.
• Receipts already used to redeem any premium item cannot be used for other promotions.

E-Voucher Usage Instructions & Terms:

1. Open The One Bangkok Application.
2. To use an E-Voucher, go to Profile > E-Voucher > select the E-Voucher you wish to use.
   2.1 For Traveller members: go to Profile > My Rewards > select the E-Voucher you wish to use.
3. Present the E-Voucher screen to the staff at participating stores before making payment.
4. Valid for one-time use only.
5. This E-Voucher cannot be exchanged for or redeemed as cash.

3. Special “WEEKEND SURPRISES”

Available on Saturdays and Sundays from 2 May 2026 – 31 May 2026.

Redeem just 1 point to receive One Bangkok Dining Vouchers with discounts of up to THB 500 from participating restaurants (limited 1 reward / member and 250 rewards / round, with a total of 5,000 rewards throughout the campaign).

Redemption Rounds:

• Round 1: 11.00 – 12.00 hrs.
• Round 2: 16.00 – 17.00 hrs.

Terms & Conditions:

• Exclusive privileges for ONE BANGKOK members only (excluding Traveller).
• Redeem 1 point to receive One Bangkok Dining Vouchers with discounts of up to THB 500 (THB 100 discount per receipt with a minimum spend of THB 200, total of 5 vouchers).
• Limited to 1 reward / member ID.
• Limited to 250 rewards / round, with a total of 5,000 rewards throughout the campaign.
• Redemption by proxy is not permitted.
• Redemptions are available only at the Activation Zone, G Floor, The Storeys, on specified dates and times.
• Rewards are available for customers who have the One Bangkok Application and sufficient points, on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
• In case of any dispute, the company’s decision shall be final.
• Store staff and/or representatives of stores within ONE BANGKOK are not eligible to participate.
