This privilege is exclusively available to One Bangkok members who purchase goods or services from participating stores within One Bangkok.

Lucky Draw Eligibility

• Receive 1 lucky draw entry for every THB 2,000 spent (net amount after discounts and including VAT).
• Up to 2 receipts may be combined to reach the minimum spending requirement.
• Members must present original receipts at the Redemption Counter, G Floor, The Storeys Zone (in front of EVEANDBOY) between 10.00 - 22.00 hrs.
• Only receipts issued by participating stores at One Bangkok, dated on the same day as redemption, are eligible.

Non-eligible documents include:

• Cash bills
• Handwritten receipts
• Temporary receipts
• Deposit slips or reservation documents
• Credit card slips
• Debit card slips
• Bank transfer slips
• Photocopies, screenshots, photographs of receipts
• Receipts already stamped as redeemed

Membership Requirement

• Participation is limited to registered One Bangkok Retail members.
• Lucky draw registration must be completed via the One Bangkok Retail Application.
• Participants must provide accurate and truthful information, including full name, telephone number, and email address.
• One Bangkok reserves the right to cancel registrations and disqualify participants who provide false, inaccurate, misleading, or unauthorized information without prior notice.

Personal Data Consent

By participating, entrants consent to One Bangkok collecting, using, storing, processing, and disclosing personal information in accordance with applicable laws and for purposes related to One Bangkok's business operations and campaign administration.

One Bangkok may disclose participant information to affiliated companies and related parties as necessary. The Privacy Policy can be reviewed at www.onebangkok.com.

Participants also consent to One Bangkok using their names, photographs, video recordings, and related information for publicity, marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes without compensation.

Additional Conditions

• Each participant may use only one telephone number for registration.
• Duplicate memberships may result in disqualification.
• Only complete, accurate, and verifiable registrations will be eligible.
• One Bangkok reserves the right to amend campaign mechanics, terms, and conditions without prior notice.
• In the event of disputes, system errors, or unforeseen circumstances, One Bangkok's decision shall be final.
• Participation constitutes acceptance of all campaign terms and conditions.
• Prize images used in advertising materials are for illustrative purposes only.
• Ineligible Participants

    • Frasers Property Management Services (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
    • Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited
    • One Bangkok Co., Ltd.
    • Retail tenants within One Bangkok
    • Advertising agencies and companies involved in campaign administration including their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

Prize Redemption Terms & Conditions

• Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
• One Bangkok is not responsible for any expenses related to prize acceptance or usage.
• Should a winner be selected for multiple prizes within the same campaign, the winner will receive only the prize with the highest value. A replacement winner will then be drawn for the remaining prize(s).
• Lucky draw coupon submission closes on 3 December 2026 at 22.00 hrs.
• Winners receiving prizes valued at THB 1,000 or above must pay a 5% withholding tax in accordance with Thai Revenue Department regulations and are responsible for all related expenses.
• Prizes are non-transferable.
• Winners must personally claim their prizes.
• Winners who fail to confirm acceptance by 6 December 2026 will be deemed to have forfeited their prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.

Winners must present:

• Original valid Thai National ID Card; or
• Valid passport (for foreign nationals)
• Certified copy of the identification document

For winners under 15 years of age:

• An original birth certificate or valid ID card is required.
• Parent or legal guardian must accompany the winner and present valid identification.

Foreign winners who are unable to legally receive certain prizes will automatically forfeit their prize, and a replacement winner will be selected.

Fraud Prevention

One Bangkok reserves the right to disqualify any participant found engaging in fraudulent activity and may pursue legal action for any resulting damages.

Reservation of Rights

One Bangkok reserves the right to change prizes, campaign details, terms, and conditions without prior notice.

Lucky Draw Process

The lucky draw will be conducted at One Bangkok on 4 December 2026.

Winners will be announced on 4 December 2026 at 17.00 hrs. via Facebook: One Bangkok Retail.

The decision of One Bangkok shall be final in all matters related to the campaign.
